Visited for the first time this afternoon after trying grind coffee at my friends. Was looking forward pods to bring home and the young lady working was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Offered us samples to compare and establish what we may have tried. Lovely attitude and fabulous customer service! I bought the pods but sadly didn’t catch her name but she really made us smile!! Thank you! And the coffee is fab! Xx
Pretty interior and seating! Nice menu broad options and no extra charge for alt milks which is good! The butterfly pea latte was amazing, can’t find these in most places so really unique! And the new autumn limited pear cloud matcha was so good, brilliant flavour definitely will have this again, nicely spiced not something I’d usually have but really tasty! Friendly team nice service too! Convenient location, wish there were branches of Grind all over the UK actually!

This is a very cute cafe in Battersea Power Station, they have such a good selection of drinks, food, coffee pods and merch to buy. The staff were super lovely and helpful, and made our order very fast. I ordered the vanilla and cinnamon latte with the chocolate and hazelnut loaf and was very delicious. Such a cute place with a beautiful atmosphere, 10/10 would come back here again.
Fabulous service from both managers, especially the tall Italian with glasses. Full rage if their retail products and a small seated section so you can socialise and chill! It does get very busy at the weekend though so the wait will be longer.
Great coffee and service! The staff are so nice whenever I speak to them, so much so that you can quickly be friends with them! The coffee served every time was perfect, the oat milk they used was to the thicker side which I love, the coffee roasted just to what I like, even my mum who usually don’t like cappuccino liked the one they made. Would love to visit again whenever I’m around the area!
The best customer service ever! I had the charcoal latte with coconut milk and it tasted so delicious. The aesthetics and atmosphere are on point! I 100% recommend this place.
